We invest in ventures that:
  - Are based initially in the EMEA region (West & North Africa, Mediterranean region, The Balkans);
- Have been identified and qualified by an IV business developer;
  - Are led by a qualified, missional founder and management team that have verifiable work experience, talented, trustworthy, determined, resourceful and have grit;

​  - Are seeking up to $500k (average $250k) for an appropriate investment stake in the company;
  - Have initial revenues or are at the market entry stage with demonstrated customer demand (i.e. a compelling Business Plan and a completed Business Canvas Model);
  - Are deploying a business model that can scale with speed and capital efficiency;
  - Can return capital plus an agreed upon financial, social & spiritual impact returns;
  - Are developing products and services that can be expanded and/or replicated/ franchised across the IV region of focus;
  - Business venture has a clear Social Impact Plan (SIP)
