Our Mission
Integra Ventures seeks to transform communities through sustainable ventures led by missional operators and their teams, providing integrated returns.
Our History
Integra Ventures was established in 1995 as a non-profit organization, with a focus on helping countries in Eastern and Central Europe transition from a centralized to a free market economic system. Integra's services included training, business plan development, and financial capital in the form of loans and equity. Additionally, Integra provided human capital in the form of mentoring and coaching to help businesses grow and succeed.​
From 2010 to 2022, we focused our efforts on Bulgaria, Romania and Albania
Today
Integra Ventures is a social venture capital firm that will identify missional operators in the greater EMEA region who are experienced in a particular industry and have a track record in both business and social impact. Integra Ventures ensures that an investment or partnership will lead to community transformation.
Our primary focus in the EMEA region will be: North Africa, West Africa, The Balkans, Turkey and select countries in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
Our Team
Our team at Integra Ventures is made up of cross-cultural, experienced US and EMEA based individuals. Every individual has been a missional operator at some point in their life journey and has launched at least one sustainable venture that has transformed communities in the developing world. Most of our members have had multiple ventures that they started, grew, and had a successful exit.
